We can perform a title search going back 30 years to uncover any title insurances issues on a property. We can perform an open mortgage and assignment search on current and previous owners, as well as lien search at the federal, state, municipal, and HOA levels. Civil judgment search will also be performed to determine any foreclosure proceedings as well as the tax status of a property.
A 30-Year Title Search does not cover the developer’s deed as this will be considered a commercial search in effect. In such a case, an additional fee will be charged for a copy of the developer’s deed.
